Big Deal Made Over Small Person
Big Deal Made Over Small Person
I couldn't believe it when I read that Randi Rhodes made a big deal over Michelle Bachman's size. She put on a big performance about it recently, calling Michelle a "freaking dwarf." Then she said something like, "It's always something with these girls."What? Always something? I guess if you're always looking for something in somebody, you'll always find something.
Randi put on quite a performance where she commented that Michelle Bachman was about 4' 11." Well, so what? Big deal.
Then she got really dramatic when she said, "And maybe, maybe she weighs eighty pounds."
My reaction when I read that Michelle Bachman weighs about eighty pounds was, 'lucky her.' I bet obese women everywhere envy her for it. This would be especially so if they have set points that prevent their diets from working, or worse yet, cause their diets to backfire on them. Come on, really now. If you were given a choice, and could choose to have small body that weighed eighty pounds, or a big fat body that needs to lose eighty pounds, which would you choose? I think most women would choose the cute little eighty pound body. I know I would.
I know that Randi Rhodes was looking for something to criticize because she disagrees with Michelle's politics. If this is the best she can do, Michelle has it made. Randi must really be scrapping the bottom of the barrel for mud to sling if she has to come up with this.
I mean, really now. Aren't there any political or ideological arguments to make? So you have to make comments about people's size? That's the best you can do? Pathetic.

Yes, it's the best Rhodes can do. And this is not the first time the best Rhodes can do, is found to underwhelm.
It's just another piece of evidence that there is some kind of a split coming, some divorce or secession or something. People like Rhodes are so successful at passing off blame on the other side for the conflict and turmoil, and it's only because they're experienced at ducking blame. They want to cast out whoever doesn't fit, because they need to. They're the ones who can't live around anyone else.
Let them keep their high taxes and their over-laywered laws and their regulated bonuses and their minimum wage and price caps and grouchy women in goth makeup and pant suits. We'll keep the hot chicks in Daisy Dukes, the yummy meat, the BBQ sauce, the guns and the fine young people who choose to enlist. And productive people who are effective at what they do, we'll keep that. Clearly, Rhodes would have to go to the other side. It's what she wants anyway.
